Governing law and disputes

Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Florida, and you consent to venue there.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, that provision will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary and the remaining provisions will stay in full effect (severability). These Terms, together with any policies referenced here such as our Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Site (entire agreement). Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of it (no waiver).
